    • Characteristics

      • It is a resistance welding machine that gradually charges
        the amount of electricity required for welding into an electrolytic
        capacitor and discharges it to the welding transformer in
        a short time to flow a large welding current.

        The input power capacity is very small (about 1/10) compared to
        the general AC resistance welding machine of the same rank.

      • For the charging method, the AC voltage is rectified and
        controlled by a semiconductor to charge the capacitor.

        The charging voltage is controlled automatically by the semiconductor,
        and even if the input power voltage fluctuates, the charging voltage
        does not change and a constant current can be obtained.

    • Advantages

      • No water cooling resistance in the charging circuit (our patented technology).

        - Since cooling water is not required in the charging part,
        production cost is reduced and water-cooling piping is simple.
        - Maintenance and repair are simple.
        - Reduced heat loss and high-power efficiency.
        - Space can be used efficiently because the volume of the equipment is reduced.

        Possible to charge with a constant current by adopting a constant
        current circuit in the charging part, (our patented technology).

        - With comparative detection of charging current (SHUNT), constant current is
        always controlled.
        - A more stable charge control is performed by adopting advanced semiconductor devices with excellent characteristics.

      • It is made of PCB board for control.

        - Maintenance and repair are simple.
        - Stable control is possible because noise caused by the length of the wiring is removed.
        - There is no concern about poor contact as it is changed from card insertion type PCB to terminal connection type.

        By employing CP as the input power switch, it is possible precisely protect the semiconductor device and each power mechanism.

        Minimized LOSS due to CABLES is by internal adoption of the CONDENSER BANK, and the area occupied by the equipment is minimized so that it can be used comfortably in a narrow space.
