Characteristics

It is a resistance welding machine that gradually charges
the amount of electricity required for welding into an electrolytic
capacitor and discharges it to the welding transformer in
a short time to flow a large welding current.The input power capacity is very small (about 1/10) compared to
the general AC resistance welding machine of the same rank. -
For the charging method, the AC voltage is rectified and
controlled by a semiconductor to charge the capacitor.The charging voltage is controlled automatically by the semiconductor,
and even if the input power voltage fluctuates, the charging voltage
does not change and a constant current can be obtained.
